Private Therapeutic Yoga

What are private therapeutic yoga sessions?

Each session is specially designed to help you heal any aches or pains and strengthen your yoga practice. Together, we will create a practice focused on your goals and specific medical needs. These sessions are special because I design an individualized plan for you to achieve your goals through the therapeutic application of yoga postures, breath work, and meditation. All sessions can be offered either online or in person.
